Eligibility
Open to residents of Canada only. No purchase necessary. Must be age of majority in province of residence at the time of entry. The Entrant must follow the Living World Green page on the Social Media outlet he/she is participating on [Facebook and/or Instagram] and comment under the relevant contest post to be eligible to win the prize. Living World Green Hop Into Spring Giveaway is in no way endorsed or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram. This giveaway ends Wednesday, April 12th, 2023 at 11:59PM EST.

By entering the Giveaway, the Entrant consents to the release of their personal information. The Entrant acknowledges to have complied with these Contest Rules.
Employees of Rolf C. Hagen Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
Within the contest period, the Entrant must follow either @livingworldgreen on Instagram and/or Living World Green’s Facebook page, according to which Social Media outlet was used, comment with the name and breed of their pet and like the contest post to be eligible to win the prize. The entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified herein, to be eligible to win the prize bundle. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these terms may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Rolf C. Hagen Inc.
You may not enter more times by using multiple fake identities, second accounts may lead to void entries. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Rolf C. Hagen Inc.

Contest Period
Contest starts at 08:30 AM EST on April 10th, 2023, and ends on April 12th, 2023 at 11:59PM EST.
Prizes
A total of 2 prizes (valued at $49.50 CAD/each) are available to be won. On April 13th, 2023, a winner will be selected from each platform (Facebook and Instagram). The winners will be announced on the same day.
The specific of each prize is solely determined by Rolf C. Hagen Inc and based on each winner’s pets. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Rolf C. Hagen Inc.’s discretion. Each prize is non-transferable. If the Winners are unable to redeem their prize (for any reason) the monetary value will not be paid out, nor will an alternate prize be provided. If applicable, any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners.
No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Living World Green to use each Winner’s name, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Rolf C. Hagen Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received on or before the applicable contest closing date.
Winner(s) Selection and Notification
The Winners will be selected randomly on April 13th, 2023. The Winners will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of Living World Green.
The Winners will be publicly announced via Living World Green’s Facebook and Instagram pages with instructions on how to claim their prize. If any of the Winners do not accept their prize within fifteen (15) days, or eligibility is not met, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. A replacement winner will not be chosen in this case. If the selected contest Winner does not comply with the Rules and Regulations, the selected Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the Contest Sponsor shall be entitled to select a new name from the qualified Entrants.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT ROLF C. HAGEN INC.’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Limitations
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Rolf C. Hagen Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.
Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, or modify the Rules and Regulations of the Contest at any time without notice, if fraud, technical failures including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming or communications or any other errors or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupts the administration, integrity or security of the Contest or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as stipulated by these Rules and Regulations, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In such event, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to select winners via random drawing from among all eligible entries received up until the time of cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
